Felicite is a unique registry service that allows registrants to list any gift for any occasion.
Felicite even allows registrants to list Cash Gifts. For example a house down payment, a donation, a honeymoon fund, or items that you would rather buy from a merchant yourself. For physical gifts Felicite will place orders for you for items from member merchant or approved merchant stores.
Gift givers can take advantage of Felicite's patented partial purchase which allows many gift givers to share in the cost of one gift.

Felicite has many other social networking features to help you keep in touch with your guests; like a photo album, RSVP system, e-notification system, guestbook, and New Video Section plus each registry gets a unique password protected hyperlink to email or post on other websites or sites like MySpace and Facebook. Here's how to get started:

1. Sign Up

Have an upcoming event and need a gift registry service?  Step one is to sign up for Felicite right here or at any Felicite Member Merchant store.  It costs nothing to join and you can use Felicite for any event you want.

2. Add Gifts

Step two is to add gifts your registry gift list.  Registrants can add gifts easily by visiting Felicite Member Merchant stores and clicking convenient Add to Registry buttons or call / visit the store and ask them to add an item for you.

If the store is not a Felicite Member Merchant Store use the Gift Form located in your registry to tell us about the gift you want. Fill in the Gift Form to tell us about the gift. The store that provides the gift should be on the Approved Merchant List (found in the Gift Fom within your registry and here in blue). If an item you want is not listed at a Member Merchant or Approved Merchant feel free to list it as a Cash Gift.

Also use the Gift Form to add Cash Gifts.  With Cash Gifts we collect funds for you then send you a Settlement Check.  This is a great way to collect contributions for anything; like a honeymoon fund, college education, first house, or donation to a charity, or a gift from a local or special store.  

3. Tell Your Guests

Now that you have your registry set-up spread the word! There are several ways to do this inlcuding Felicite e-notifcations, hyperlinks, search form, regsitry cards, and good old word of mouth!  

Each Felicite registrant gets a unique hyperlink that leads guest directly to a registry. Your link can be found in your account and looks like this: http://www.felicite.com/X/?smith

Use the e-Notification system located in your Felicite registry to send the link to your guest list or copy and past the link to email through your own software. This link can posted on other websites or places like MySpace, Facebook, etc.

Guests can also find your registry by using use the Search form located on Felicite.com or at a Felicite Member Merchant Stores.  

Some merchants provide registry cards to include with invitations, Felicite also provides a standard Felicite gift registry card that can be downloaded here. Print it at home and include it with notices to your guests.

 

Take advantage of Felicite social networking features like Photo Album, Guestbook, RSVP system, and now Video! so all your guests can share in your event.

(If privacy is a concern you can password protect your registry.)

4. Gift Delivery

Registrants can tell us if they will be out of town.  Felicite Registrants can set blackout delivery dates so items aren't delivered while they are away, for example on honeymoon. The Hold feature gives Registrants time to decide if they want Felicite to order a certain gift.

By default the Felicite ordering department will schedule gifts from Approved Merchant stores to arrive 1-2 weeks prior to your event date. These gifts will only be sent to the Registrants address.  Registrants can Contact Us if they wan these items delivered right away.

Felicite Member Merchant Stores ship items as soon as they receive an order (unless registrant specified blackout dates). Gifts from Member Merchant stores can be shipped to Registrant or Gift Givers billing address.

5. Settle • Close • Come back!

Settle: Registrants can use the Settle Registry button to collect their registry account balance. Registrants may have an account balance if they listed Cash Gifts or if they chose to accept funds for any gift that could not be ordered.

Close: Done with your registry? Click Close Registry on your account home page.   When your registry is closed it can no longer be found by the general public.  With lack of use your closed registry will be removed from the Felicite system.

Come back! Using Felicite for a second, third, or fourth event? Many of you are! Feel free to close registries from past events and start a new registry for your next event.
