Information for Gift Givers
First of all Thank You for ordering from Felicite.
Felicite is a gift registry network made up of many stores. This allows registrants to add all kinds of gifts to their registry rather than being limited to gifts from only one store.
As a gift giver you may have questions like when will my gift be delivered, where will it be delivered, who can I contact, what about order changes, returns etc?

As a full service gift registry Felicite shows Registrants a history of gift purchases. Registrants can log into their account to see what each gift giver bought, when they bought it, gift giver address for Thank You notes, and of course shipping information like tracking number if provided by merchant.
Some Felicite merchants will only ship gifts to the Registrants address; other merchants may give a choice of shipping to Registrant or Gift Giver. During checkout Gift Givers will see a shipping choice if the merchant allows items to go to an address other than that of the Registrant.
Registrants have a say in when they will receive gifts. The default gift delivery period is 1-2 weeks prior to the event date listed by the registrant. Registrants can also list blackout dates if they will be away, for example on honeymoon.
In the event that you have a question about an order we really want to help. Felicite provides the gift registry service to Member Merchant stores and automatically sends orders to these stores when a purchase is made. If the gift is from a Felicite Member Merchant store contact information like phone number, email, and order number will be in the receipt email from Felicite. Feel free to contact the merchant directly for most up to date shipping information or to make changes.
Gifts from Felicite Approved Merchants are processed by the Felicite ordering department manually and delivered to the Registrants address at time period designated by registrants. (By default these gifts are delivered 1-2 weeks prior to the event date.) For accuracy Felicite handles all customer service via email Monday- Friday. Once a gift has been delivered returns, refunds, exhanges, etc. should be taken up directly with the merchant.
